Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for residency at Villa Mercede, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

Income Level: Must be classified as low-income.

62 years or older OR

18 years or older with a qualifying disability.

Affordable Rent: Rent is calculated at 30% of your income based on HUD guidelines.
